From Townstons

Mythic Items are also known as Rainbow Items, named due to their rainbow-colored titles. These items are on the highest tier of loot ranking, that can be worn or wielded. These items are soulbound within 10 minutes, but are soulbound immediately when purchased from a vendor using King's Coins.

Only 5% of mythic items dropped by mobs can be used by non-members.

Drop odds are on Rainbow Drops. Named lair-chest pieces are on Boss Lair Rainbows. Shared-pool level bands are on Rainbow Level Bands. Well-only names are on Well-Only Rainbows. Holiday pack names are on Holiday Rainbows. Names that no longer drop are on Discontinued Rainbows.

Below is a listing of all mythic (or rainbow) items.

NOTE: Fighter Rainbow Armor, Ranger Rainbow Armor and Mage Rainbow Armor categories will show all armor one can equip. The Rainbow Body armor will show all bodies for all classes.

A lot of later rainbows work that way: fixed name and look, a joke ending for the primaries, and unnamed rolls for the rest. Named pieces can also have baked bonuses that every copy shares. The item pages say which rolls that piece actually has.
