Ratsputin's Gulag is the tenth dungeon proceeding from Shadow's Embrace. It is accessable from the outpost, Ratsputin's Holding Cell.
Level 1
Catacombs Layout. Contains: Ice Pukers, Frostbitten Conscripts, Divine Fade Generals, Divine Fade Lichlords which spawn Divine Fade Soldiers,Hellions, Lava Rachnids which spawnLava Hatchlings, Banned Farmer, Punkins as well as portals to The Whisker's Library - Propaganda Section and Ratsputin's Gulag Level 2.
The Whisker's Library - Propaganda Section
One thing is sure: It fits the name. Library Layout. Contains: Ebon Fade Soldiers, Ebon Devastators!, Divine Runts, Divine Juggernauts, Arctic Blademasters, Ice Whiskers, Frostbitten Blasters, Banned Farmer, Punkins and a one-way portal to: Rattle Tooth's Revenge. The Divine Runts have Spirit of the Hare.

Rattle Tooth's Revenge
Cave Layout. It is empty when you arrive, and once you walk further you will see Rattle Tooth's Ghost. Strangely enough he appears to be nothing but Fodder here. If you attack him suddenly lots of Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Blasters and Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Blademasters appear, along with Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Soul. Killing the last one will open the door to two Treasure Chests and a one way portal to Ratsputin's Gulag Level 1, even though you entered through The Whisker Library. The sound that is used in this dungeon is the same as the one in Dew Valley Rattle Tooth's Lair, but this one is sort of a remix as you hear strange sounds through it.
Level 2
Catacombs Layout. Contains Ice Pukers, Frostbitten Conscripts, Divine Fade Generals, Divine Fade Lichlords, Divine Fade Soldiers,Hellions, Lava Rachnids, Lava Hatchlings, Banned Farmer, Punkins
Piñata Invitational and Tomb of the AFK Bolshevist are located off Level 2. Both of them may be hard to find, as the entrances are dark doors flat in a wall instead of the usual glowing red. It is easy to run past them.
Piñata Invitational
Elm Forest Layout. A small area contains three Heroes, a Chaos Fade General, a Lava Rachnid, and a Mutant Hulk. Properly timed you will not aggro all three at once but can attack them one at a time. Killing them opens the next door. It appears that this door may randomly lead to the Pinata Antiguo del Fantasma! or to the Pinata Free For All, both quest objects.
Tomb of the AFK Bolshevist
It appears that this area may only spawn when you have the Tomb Looters Level 2 Quest.
Contains Divine Fade General Looters plus a Looter in Command Hero and a Second in Command Champion. The center room contains the tomb itself which may release relics. You may also get Tomb Sickness, causing you to spew like when you drink Instagank (but without dying). Sometimes Stallin's Spectre will appear when you approach the tomb.
Previous maps have reported that there is also a Banker NPC here, but he was not encountered in recent runs of B. 137.
Level 3

Ice Cave Layout. At the end you encounter Frostbitten Blaster Nesting Dolls, which when killed reveal Ice Seer Nesting Dolls, which when killed reveal Ice Venomspitter Nesting Dolls, which when killed reveal Ice Whisker Broodling Champions.

Sissirat's Revenge
Ruins Layout. Contains Sissirat's Ghost who is Fodder. When destroyed, Sissirat's Vengeful Blademasters, Sissirat's Vengeful Blasters and Sissirat's Vengeful Soul appear. When Sissirat's Vengeful Soul is destroyed the Boss Gate opens to two Treasure Chests and a one way portal back to Level 4.
Piñata Invitational
Will randomly generate either the Pinata Antiguo del Fantasma! or the Pinata Endurance Challenge. The Endurance Challenge consists of a room with four side rooms, each containing either a Hero or a large number of mobs, plus one pinata. You must dispatch all four rooms and the pinata in each one to complete the quest.
Tomb of the AFK Bolshevist
Contains Hellion Pillagers as well as Champion Head Pillager and Second in Command. At the tomb you may encounter The Ghost of Maurx. There are three Treasure Chests.
It has been reported previously that there is also a Banker NPC here, but recently in Build 137 he was not encountered.
Level 5
Snow Forest Layout. Contains Ice Berserkers, Frosty Whisker Shaman, Frosty Whisker Seers, Whisker Broodlings, Divine Runts, Divine Juggernauts, Dark Angels and Shadowspawn Knights.
Ratsputin's Underground Network - Level 2 and The Gulag's Solitary Confinement - Wing B are located off Level 5.

Ice Cave Layout. Contains Fire Mutant Hulk Nesting Doll which reveals Fire Mutant Puker Nesting Doll which reveals Fire Mutant Twins Nesting Doll which reveals Fire Mutant Pincer Nesting Doll. All of them drop good loot.
There is a one way teleporter back to Level 5.
Level 6
Snow Forest Layout. Contains Ice Berserkers, Frosty Whisker Shaman, Frosty Whisker Seers, Whisker Broodlings, Divine Runts, Divine Juggernauts, Orok Clan Divine Chieftans, Dark Angels, Shadow Raythes and Shadowspawn Knights.

Will randomly generate either the Pinata Antiguo del Fantasma! or the Pinata Gauntlet.
Tomb of the AFK Bolshevist
Contains two Bolshevik Guard Wannabes and one Bolshevik Snipe Wannabe, plus the usual tomb. There are three Treasure Chests. May also spawn Le'nun's Wraith.

Ratsputin's Yoga Room
Ruins Layout. Contains Volcanic Gushers, Lava Pincers, Frigid Fade Soldiers, Frosty Devastator!s, Icy Fade Generals, Dark Angels, Shadowspawn Reavers, Shadowspawn Knights. At the end of the path is a champion Fire Spitter surrounded by a small mob of [HAX] Shamen and [HAX] Warriors. This is a pretty useless off, except as a place to pick up Drinks Quest ingredients.
Ratsputin's Maximum Security Kremlin
Ice Cave Layout. On entering you will see a closed gate, but before it will open you must deal with three different groups of Ice mobs. After The Seer of the final group is dispatched the gate opens and Ratsputin, along with a bunch of guards, emerges. After killing them there is a teleporter to the Treasure Room.
