Rattle Tooth is a Whisker Blademaster Champion. He is found in Sissirat's Lair located off level 7 of Algernon. He is not too hard, and you should be more worried about Sissirat who will fight you at the same time.

After that, you will encounter many of Rattle Tooth's Relatives and Rattle Tooth's Family Friends, and various quest givers will pay for killing them. They get progressively meaner and tougher as you go down through the dungeons. Relatives Rattle Ear, Rattle Eye and Rattle Toe are found in Algor's Terror Dome. The Family Friends are found in Vergrim's Vexation.
