Sissirat is a Poison Whisker Shaman located off level 7 of Algernon in Sissirat's Lair.

As Poison resistance is essential in this fight, wear the best Poison resistance equipment you can find and preferably use the poison resistance self-buff skill you can buy from the Ranger trainer. Rattle Toe, Poison Broodlings and Whisker Venomspitters will be defending Sissirat, so you will be fighting them all at the same time. Ignore the Poison Broodlings if possible and concentrate on Sissirat to prevent getting mobbed by spawned broodlings.
