Powerlevel
Powerlevelling (PL) has been used through all the MMOs ever created, and has an even longer history inside the game world. Usually powerlevelling is a bad thing to do according to the administrators of whichever world is being discussed, and measures are continually taken to prevent powerlevelling. In Dungeon Runners however, powerlevelling is almost encouraged by the administrators due to the documented shortness of the target demographic's available time, usually college students needing a break from homework. This isn't to say that people have to powerlevel or have to powerlevel you, it just means it is easily possible and the player will not be breaking any rules by participating.
At its core, powerlevelling is the mechanic where a player of a certain level, usually a beginner (newbie), is teamed with someone of a vastly higher level. The players then go to a dungeon the higher level has access to, and the beginner stands somewhere safe while the higher level kills everything in range. The beginner gains experience for doing nothing, and both players get gold, Items and Kings Coins.
Dungeon Runners has another game mechanic through teaming where the more players are in the team, the more loot drops per kill. The drop rates scale up almost exponentially, regardless of what difficulty the players are fighting under. This only relates to powerlevelling due to the higher level players in the team get even more drops of potentially Mythic stature, just by helping a lower level player gain levels.
