Newbie

Newbie is a slang term for a new player to the current game and is in no means limited to Dungeon Runners. Traditionally outside Dungeon Runners, newbie is not a derogatory term and just means "I am new here!". In a similar vein, a derogatory term for new players who can be quite annoying through begging for a powerlevel, gold or Items are often referred to as n00b.

nub is not a term used for newbies or n00bs in any form of English, including slang.
