Journal: Take fresh paperwork from Archimeates in Level 1 of MutantMania. Then, find the office of Commissioner Dumas in Level 2 of MutantMania. Fight past any hazers and convince the Commissioner to authorize your contract.

Offer:

Ah'll be blunt: Ah *do* want to represent you in the polyhedral circle--Ah've even prepared a contract--but there's a problem.

The bylaws of the Noble Authority of Regional Combatants dictate that Ah can't be your manager until you first have this-here contract authorized by Commissioner Hargrove. So this is what you've got to do: My bumbling assistant, Archimeates, likes to spend his time in Level 1 of MutantMania. Go get a fresh set of paperwork from him. He's not a bright boy, so you may have to wrestle the paperwork from him. Then, go to the office of Commissioner Dumas in Level 2 of MutantMania and have him authorize that-there contract. Word has already spread that Ah'm looking to represent you, so you might have to fight your way past a handful of hazers along the way.

Dumas is a creaky old gentleman, as moistureless as a frying pan in the desert, mid-afternoon in Summertime. Dry, that is. It's a joke, friend. You missed it.
