Journal: Return with the authorized contract to Colonel Cabo in the MutantMania Training Center.

Offer:

You need me to authorize your contract, eh? I'll have you know that the Noble Authority of Regional Competitors doesn't allow simply *anyone* to join our alliance. Let me put on my reading glasses and take a look at this paperwork....

Colonel Cabo, eh? He's a bit of a miscreant. It's my belief that he's not even a legitimate Colonel! Are you that liger fellow he once represented? No, no, I can see that you are not. Good. Take a lesson from that last competitor he represented: Don't cheat.

Well, then, I suppose your paperwork seems to be in order--official request, higher education degree, complete medical records, note from your progenitor, recommendation from your grade school teacher.... I'll just stamp here. And here. And here. Congratulations. You are now authorized to compete in the MutantMania. Now, get out of my office!

Turn-in:

You say Commissioner Dumas mentioned a liger Ah once represented? Ignore him, friend. He's senile.

At any rate: Congratulations! You won't regret, Ah say, you won't ever regret your decision to have me represent you in the MutantMania. ...Well, you might, but by that time we'll both be so filthy rich it won't matter.

Objectives:

• Authorized Contract ×1

Level range: 81–100
