Mutant Mania is recommended for players from Levels 80 to 100. It is the twelfth dungeon in the usual sequence. It is accessible from a Base Camp off Level 5 of Ratsputin's Gulag. Like most dungeons in the game, Mutant Mania consists of 7 levels with several sub dungeons. After the 7 regular levels is the Boss Lair. The Boss of Mutant Mania is Manglefeet.

The principal theme of the Quests offered for Mutant Mania centers around the theme of the Gym and Wrestling, with some obvious takeoffs of WWE. Loremaster Vraile says "I am embarassed to admit the violent brawls contained within the MutantMania are a guilty pleasure of mine. Embarassed because I am a seeker of knowledge, a learned man! And yet ... have you seen Babyface Buster perform his "Suicide Swaddle" attack? Pure poetry in motion! We must not simply read and listen, my child. Skilled observation may also grant knowledge."

Autumn Forest Layout. Contains Nasty Devastator!, Embercore Drake, Shadow Mutant Hulk, Shadow Mutant Puker, Divine Devastator!. A very twisted and convoluted map. As you follow the twists and turns you will begin climbing and reach the top of the Peak.

Running through the forest you will find The Liger. Climbing to the top of the peak you will come to the camp of Logan the Liger.

Mutant Mania Massacre

Located off Mutant Mania level 7.

Antechambers Contain: Nasty Destroyer, Shadow Mutant Puker, Shadow Hulk, Lava Balrog, Shadow Howler, Manglefeet Fanatic and others, lots of Champions. Manglefeet and many guards are found in the Arena.
