Journal: Find Doctor Whom the Eleventh in Level 6 of MutantMania. Deliver the medical report to Doctor Whom the Eleventh.
Offer:
The Noble Authority of Regional Competitors has gathered information from a reliable source that you may be gaining inappropriate enhancements to improve your fighting skills. Such enhancements could likely be considered cheating and will not be tolerated!
This is a very grave conundrum; the facts must be clarified. Oh, you say you haven't cheated? Well, that needs to be proven.
If you wish to keep your contract in a positive status you will need to reverify your medical papers. Take this medical report to the official NARC physician, Doctor Whom the Eleventh. You can find his office on MutantMania's Level 6.
If, once he completes his examination, your report is positive, you will have free reign to further your fighting career. We will, however, continue to keep our eye on you!
Turn-in:
Ooooo goodie. I just loooove to do medical exams.
