Chill Bill gets Max Health increase. Melee attacks on Bill may reduce attacker Movement Speed and Attack Speed.

If Chill Bill is not too far away, your snow globe can be activated to provide a sudden Max Health increase that will last 60 seconds. Along with the Health boost, whenever Chill Bill gets hit by a melee attack he will have a 25% chance to reduce the attacker's Movement Speed by 20% and Attack Speed by 15% for 3 seconds.

Bill's Max Health level increases but does not provide health. Bill can be healed by hitting him with ice projectile spells to bring his health up to the increased Max Health level.

The freezing effect can be resisted with Ice Resistance.

Cool Down: 30 seconds

Chill Bill receives a sudden Max Health Increase of X% for 60 seconds.
