There is a protester that's been standing around for ages. He's dying to get his hands on some tasty beverages. 'Khodebshchik's beverages, I deliver wet mouth explosions on time!' Heh, you like that one? It kinda slaps you upside your face and shakes you silly right?
Take this Schnozzberry drink to the lonely, tired, and parched protester in The Whisker's Library - The Propaganda Section. It is located off of the first level of Ratsputin's Gulag. Khodebshchik's, the 'drinkmaster mixer,' in Ratsputin's Holding Cell will have more work for you when you have this quest for quintessential quaffing quota completed.
