Journal: Go to the side areas off Levels 3 and 4 of Ratsputin's Gulag. Kill and collect 20 Runt Currants from Divine Orok Runts and 10 Divine Drums from Divine Orok Shamans. Return to Khodebshchik in Ratsputin's Holding Cell when completed.

I've finally figured out this simply devine recipe call Divine Kvasier. The text refers to grapes that resemble shriveled up prunes that you can find in caves frequented by Divine Oroks. The easiest way to get Divine Orok Runts to drop these items is to scare them, which will cause them to drop them from their pockets, or to kill them which will have the same effect.

Barrels! Divine Drums from Divine Orok Shamans. Divine times two is simply Divine, is it not? I need some Divine barrels stat!

Head into Ratsputin's Gulag, enter the side tunnels on the upper levels, and procure me some Runt Currants from Divine Oroks and Divine Drums from Divine Orok Shamans. Grab at least ten drums and twenty currants.

Those currants sour fast and will begin to smell of feces as soon as they hit the ground. So, be sure to return promptly to your drinking buddy Khodebshchik in Ratsputin's Holding Cell.

Turn-in:

Oh, goody goody. You make Khodebshchik so happy with your readily fetching of items for me. You will make someone a happy spouse one day with your attention to their needs. What I need next is to cook this up real fast-like and then have you deliver it to my customer.
