Samford the Hermit

Samford the Hermit is an NPC who is found at Dew Valley. He is a merchant who sells potions and waypoint scrolls, and will buy any item from you that can be sold. His items usually range from level 1 to level 10.

Samford is also a quest giver and gives out a series of quests.
