Not a Front

In-game text

Journal text, offer, and turn-in as they appeared in game.

Journal: Locate the entrances of hidden Rumored Refinery and Mutant Operations Center. Explore each area to get an idea of the size of the operations. Report your findings to the Townston Commander in Townston.

Offer:

The fire mutants throughout lower Algernon have gotten into the new Fizz Rock rush. It looks like they are helping the Whiskers refine the Fizz Rock into their new energy drink we keep hearing about. They're naturals at the job since the refining process needs fire and well, the Mutants are pretty much made of the stuff.

We need proof that the Whiskers are employing the Mutants to do their dirty work. I need you to go out and locate two places for me: the Mutant Operations Center (or M.O.C.) where they are processing the Fizz Rock, and the Rumored Refinery where the Whiskers are taking the processed Fizz Rock and making their energy drinks. Once you find each location make sure to explore it throughly and take some notes, so we know how big the operation is.

One more thing, Agent. The Whiskers are a crafty bunch. They are probably obscuring the real locations behind fronts--fake locations disguised to look like businesses. Be vigilant out there. These places have been hidden a long time now, and it is up to you to pierce the wooly curtain of deceit. With a sword.

When you are done, report back to the Townston Commander in Townston.
