Offer:
*Incredibly loud inhalation* TAKE YOUR TIME WHY DON'T YOU!!
Well now that we know where those previously rumored facilities are located, we need to prove a direct connection between the Whiskers and the Mutants. I'm going to need you to head back down into the Not the Rumored Refinery and Not the Mutant Operations Center and find some hard proof. Or soft proof, whatever.
We would need some kind of Purchase Order and Work Receipt from the Bosses of each area. Actually we need exactly that! Bring me a Whisker Purchase Order from the Mutant boss in Not the Rumored Mutant Operations and a Mutant Work Receipt from the Whisker Boss in Not the Rumored Refinery.
The Townston Commander would like to see them when you have finished--that means me. Also, don't forget you probably need to reset your instances if you slaughtered the populations of those zones. Aren't I helpful!?
Turn-in:
What is that you have? Oh! Did I send you to do something for me?
Objectives:
- Whisker Purchase Order ×1
- Mutant Work Receipt ×1
