MC_Whammy_Bar is a giant Ice Fade Skeleton who carries what appears to be a huge mandolin. He is found in The Mutanous Malaise Level 3 and is usually surrounded by a lot of Ice Fade Footsoldiers. He is the object of a quest given by Tipper Gourd.
