Grapplin' Gertie is found in the gym off of Level 3 of Mutant Mania. She is the object of the quest Grapple With Gertie and gives the quest Pumping Irony.
But -- she then reappears in Limitless Lower Locationals of of Level 5 as a monster and the object of the quest Locational School.
