Journal: Find Sissirat's Revenge off of The Whisker's Library - Edict Section, slay Sissirat's Ghost, then return to the Townston Commander.

Offer:

We have recently received numerous reports of the ghost of Sissirat being sighted off of The Whisker's Library - Edict Section. It has to be related to the sightings of Rattle Tooth's Ghost and I need you to get down there and check it out. We still haven't come up with a way to stop these ghosts or how to release them from Ratsputin's grasp so that means we must bang our heads against the proverbial wall until we break something. Trust me, while you have been busy doing research the Townston Alchemical Association has been hard at work trying to find a chink in Ratsputin's plan. Hold strong, it is only a matter of time and ridiculous government spending until we figure it out.

From what I understand, the entrance to Sissirat's Revenge is located in Whisker's Library - Edict Section off of Level 4 of Ratsputin's Gulag. Find this place and kill Sissirat's Ghost and then return to me, the Townston Commander, here in Townston.

Turn-in:

It happened there too? It is almost like Ratsputin is setting a trap for us knowing that we are trying to unravel the mystery of his trapped souls. We cannot be deterred, however! Even if it costs someone their life. By someone I mean you and by life I mean a slight inconvenience.

Objectives:

• Locate Sissirat's Revenge
• Slay Sissirat's Ghost

Level range: 78–100
