Ghost of Whiskers Past - Rattle Tooth

In-game text

Journal text, offer, and turn-in as they appeared in game.

Journal: Find Rattle Tooth's Revenge off of The Whisker's Library - Propaganda Section, slay Rattle Tooth's Ghost, then return to the Townston Commander.

Offer:

Ratsputin's rise to prominence in this dungeon is troubling, no doubt, but how he became so powerful is even more so. He seems to be drawing power from souls he has somehow trapped. We do not know any more than that but we must find out more about his mysterious power source. I have heard tales about a strange place haunted by the ghost of Rattle Tooth and that is where I want you to start.

It is unknown where this ghost came from, but the fact that Rattle Tooth is actually alive and well in Dew Valley is kind of strange. I fear that Ratsputin's mystical abilities are obviously to blame and I need you to investigate this place and see if there is any way to break Ratsputin's spell.

First, make your way into the The Whisker's Library - Propaganda Section off of Level 1 of Ratsputin's Gulag. Once there you will need to be on the lookout for Rattle Tooth's Revenge where the ghost of Rattle Tooth is rumored to be. Once you have found Rattle Tooth's Revenge find the specter and destroy it. When Rattle Tooth's Ghost is no more return to me, the Townston Commander, here in Townston for your reward.

Turn-in:

You have found Rattle Tooth's Revenge and slain Rattle Tooth's Ghost? What happened next? My word! You are lucky to be standing in front of me now, Dungeon Runner! This is a startling development for sure. Give me to the count of three to come up with a detailed and well thought out next step for our plan.

Objectives:

• Locate Rattle Tooth's Revenge
• Slay Rattle Tooth's Ghost

Level range: 77–100
