Dread Mantis

Frigid Dread Mantis

Dread the Ice Mantis
Foreleg Slash

Race: Fade

Class: Fighter

These fearsome creatures are like giant mechanical praying mantises. Their forelegs have huge scythe like blades and their reach is enormous. Although they are melee creatures, their slicing attack can reach tremendous distances, that rival some ranged opponents. These creatures have also been known to cast a "haste" like spell, which allows them to run down even some of the fleetest of foot.

Tip: Not nearly as nasty as they look. They are pretty easy to take out, even when they occur in sizable groups. The Champions are a lot tougher.
