You Cast Level 4 Ban

In-game text

Journal text, offer, and turn-in as they appeared in game.

Journal: Slay the Banned Farmers in Upper Ratsputin's Gulag again and then return to Yakov Smearnov in Ratsputin's Holding Cell.

Offer:

By now your ban level has to be maxed out, which is perfect timing because we need you to get back in there and smack down more of these blasted farmers. iVan has been relentless, but we haven't given an inch and I don't plan on backing down now.

I want you to hit every level of Upper Ratsputin's Gulag and wipe out each of the Banned Farmers you see. When you have done this return to me, Yakov Smearnov, here in Ratsputin's Holding Cell.

Turn-in:

I bow down to you, Dungeon Runner. No one has wielded the ban stick so righteously and with such ferocity! Let me know if you want to try this quest again.
