You Cast Level 3 Ban, Again

In-game text

Journal text, offer, and turn-in as they appeared in game.

Journal: Slay the Banned Farmers in Upper Ratsputin's Gulag and then return to Yakov Smearnov in Ratsputin's Holding Cell.

Offer:

No need to do anything different this time around. Except maybe just ban them a wee bit harder than before. Really put your shoulder into it!

You know where to find these scoundrels; Level 1, the branch off of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, the branch off of Level 3, Level 4, and the branch off of Level 4 are where the Banned Farmers can be found. Take care of them and return to me, Yakov Smearnov, here in Ratsputin's Holding Cell once you have banned them yet again.

Turn-in:

Fantastic, I can tell you really put your weight into that last round of bans. Take a breather and let me know when you are ready to give this quest another shot.
