You Cast Level 1 Ban

In-game text

Journal text, offer, and turn-in as they appeared in game.

Journal: Slay the Banned Farmers in Upper Ratsputin's Gulag and then return to Yakov Smearnov in Ratsputin's Holding Cell.

Offer:

The situation is a messy one and something tells me that this is not necessarily Ratsputin's doing. Ratsputin is not worried about gold, he deals in souls, but there is a certain creature that is obsessed with it; iVan the Craptacular. He was once in line to be the ruler of the dungeon, but that was before Ratsputin came along. Now all iVan does is plot and scheme about how to make himself rich since he cannot be ruler of the dungeon.

If iVan is truly behind this then it will not be easy. We cannot, however, sit back and watch as the farms are turned into gold and iVan's lackeys harvest the golded vegetables and sell them to opportunistic Dungeon Runners to be used as currency. Are you ready to whip out the ban stick?

Head into Ratsputin's Gulag and locate the golded farms on Level 1, the branch off of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, the branch off of Level 3, Level 4, and the branch off of Level 4. Once you are there I want you to ban the Banned Farmers that iVan has enlisted and somehow gotten back into the dungeon. Return to me, Yakov Smearnov, here in Ratsputin's Holding Cell when you are done with this quest.
