Journal: Kill and collect 16 ballots from Ice Mutant Twins in H.E.L.L.A. and then return to Chuck McBarris in Frump's Interdungeonal Resort.

Offer:

One of the Generals' last acts was to commit more chaos by influencing the Ice Mutant Twins into thinking that they are allowed to vote twice. I mean c'mon. Do you get credit for two kills when you stomp a pair of them? I think not! Well, same math applies to voting. 1/2 brain x 2 Twins = 1 vote.

Adding to the severity of the situation besides blatant voter fraud, these twins were talked into thinking that Sanjyna is the best Dungeon Idolist since the gruesome and fear inspiring Kelleigh K'Larksen made her fame on our show. Sanjyna is definitely a crowd favorite, but he just doesn't have the same killing potential or ferocity. Maybe someone should take care of that problem too? Maybe that someone is you?

Head out into H.E.L.L.A. and continue killing Ice Mutant Twins until you collect 16 of their extra ballots. We have already started to weed out the fraudulent voters, so it may take awhile of roughing up variout Ice Twins until you find the ones with duplicate ballots.

Turn-in:

Thanks to putting an end to our ratings' suffering by ending the suffrage of the twins. For the future, we are looking into electronic voting machines which will help stop anymore of this election rigging and should be much, much eastier to use. We have a meeting with a Mr. Dyebawld to go over voting options. Thanks for helping to pave the way for all of this. By the way, should you see me later and it looks like I have a grand idea, then I am probably thinking about a new task I can give to you.
