Vexation Station is the second outpost, it is reachable by a portal at level 5 Algor's Terror Dome or through a One Way Portal at Lair of the Snow Chieftain. There are 2 portals, one leading back to level 5 Algor's Terror-Dome and another one leading to Vergrim's Vexation level 1, and an obelisk.
