Unnerving Shout is a Curse skill That will lower the Attack Speed and Movement speed at a certain amount of creatures for a certain amount of seconds. It has the same animation as Righteous Stomp but then not in Yellow but in Purple. This skill can be very handy at PvP.
This skill can be upgraded at the skill trainers. Below is a Chart that shows howmany % the attack speed and movement speed will be lowered for howmany enemies, and for how many seconds it will last at a certain level.
Cool down: 25 Seconds
A bone rattling shout that unnerves up to X enemies within 4.5 meters, slowing their Attack Speed by Y% and Movement Speed by Z% for W seconds
