Tugtor the Brash

Tugtor the Brash appears to be the bigger and nastier Uncle of Rotgut the Bloated. He is Boss rated, and along with Korgluk who is also Boss rated, guards the Teleporter at the end of Horrific Dungeon of Legend Stage 3 Lower Cindercore. The two of them are heavily guarded and make a formidable challenge. Like Rotgut, Tugtor is not very mobile and a concerted attack will dispatch him. They will drop lots of loot including a possible Rainbow.
