Journal: Collect 12 Protest Permits from the Ice Orok Protest Leaders in Lower Algor's Terror-Dome and and Return to Ex-Soldier Bubba in Algor's Terror-Dome Base Camp.

It looks like someone in the Bureau of Aristocratic Bureaucracies didn't check with the King's Board of Trustees before they approved the Ice Orok Protestors here in Algor's Terror-Dome for Protest Permits. Why does it always seem like we are cleaning up after someone else's mess? And who in their right mind approves a Protest Permit to a Protestor?

Cut off the head, the Protest Permit, and the body will protest. Then, hopefully, after some flailing and messy protesting... the protesting will cease. I need you to go get your hands on those Protest Permits. Hopefully that will stop these Ice Oroks cold in their picket lines.

When you have all of the Protest Permits in your possession return to me, Ex-Soldier Bubba, here in Algor's Terror-Dome Base Camp and I will pay you for your services.
