Journal: Deliver a Sbitennik drink to Elmer the Decembrist in Ratsputin's Underground Network - Level 2 (off Level 5 of Ratsputin's Gulag).

Offer:

I need for you to run this juicy jar of Sbitennik to Elmer in Ratsputin's Underground Network. The poor sod is just standing around and acting like a town crier, hoping to change the world, but not receiving any change in his pocket for deeds done dirt cheap. Everyone knows change comes from within, anyway.

What is a Decembrist? Is that like one who thinks that one or two holidays in December isn't enough? I don't think that's enough to make me want to form a protest. In fact, I don't even want to bother wasting my beautiful mind thinking about protesting. I protest that there isn't any money being made right now and I have drinks to make.

Proceed into the bowels of Ratsputin's Gulag and find Elmer the Decembrist loitering in Ratsputin's Underground Network, which is located off of the fifth level of Ratsputin's Gulag. Deliver this hand-crafted labor of love.
