Dew Valley's Fizz Rock mines going bust has been about the worst thing to happen to Townston in as long as I can remember. So many Whiskers have taken up residence in Algernon that the Oroks in neighboring Algor's Terror-Dome won't stop complaining. You wouldn't believe how loud Orok complaining is. A large group of Oroks from Algor's are actually squatting in one of the off-dungeons. You should have seen the line of beat-up old wagons they took to get there. And the smell! They started composting the Whisker...leavings and just wow. Mix that with the smells of Oil of Pachoolee and Fizz Rock and its enough to take out the strongest Dungeon Runner.
I dispatched one of our soldiers to get a feel for the situation, but he hasn't reported in. I hope he didin't pass out from the smell. I need you to head down into Algernon and find him for me. While you're at it, let him know that his mother keeps calling looking for him!

Oh, um, did Agent Fess send you? I made it down here to check on the Oroks but I can't find my way back--it's almost like the dungeon keeps changing on me!
