You have a lot of explaining to do. When I, Madam President for Life of the Citizen Action Committee command you to take care of a problem, I expect you to take care of it completely.

You might have taken care of those miscreants O.W.A. and Public Anima, but their legend lives on. There are monsters imitating their style but they don't even have the nerve to write, create, or even make their own music. How can I discriminate against them if they aren't doing anything wrong?

I overheard Dorcas saying that there was a group in Deadie VimPalen's Pad that were 'Posing' and 'Wannabe-ing.' My spies have told me that this group has named themselves 'ICEE HAWT STUNTAZ.' The members are named Blayde, Da Flayme, and Phreez.

Those brutes are so enamored with the lifestyle that they have bought powerful musical relics. If they were ever to stop mugging and strutting around and learn to use the relics properly, then all the hard work I have put in to making the dungeons a better place, for me to impose my will, has been wasted. Go to Deadie VimPalen's Pad and collect these relics from the 'Icee Hawt Stuntazz' and return them to me and I, Tipper Gourd, will forgive you for not taking care of things the first time. Hurry along and get back here to The Mutanous Malaise Mezzanine.

Mmm, holding these relics in my hands makes me know that what I want is best for every citizen in Townston despite what they are writing about me in the outhouse. Now that the monsters know that I will not put up with any guff, I feel that a new era has dawned for the Citizen Action Committee.
