Dungeon Runner! Am I glad to see you! Agent Fess sent me down here to investigate what the Fire Mutants had to do with this Fizz Water phenomenon. It looks like the Whisker Clan has found out how to control the minds of the Mutants and is using them as cheap labor in their Fizz Water operations.
I need you to go and collect some of these mind control devices and bring them back to Agent Fess. He should know what to do! I would have done this, but I'm too scared to move.

Mind Control devices, eh? I doubt that highly. It's more likely they're just bribing the Mutants with Fizz Water.
