Mental Prowess is a Passive skill that increases damage from all Magic attacks but decrease attack speed with Melee and Ranged weapons. The skill is particularly useful for Mages or other characters that rely chiefly on magic type attacks to deal out damage.
This skill currently only has one level, so it can not be upgraded from skill trainers. Below is the description as it appears in the game.
"Mommy dropped you on your head a lot less than the other kids. This has left you with a killer noggin! In other words, you have increased Magic Damage from all skills that you use. However, all that extra brainpower has hurt your physical coordination, slowing both your Ranged and Melee Attack Speeds."
