Improved Shadow Lightning is a Passive skill that gives Shadow Lightning a chance to arc to 2 additional monsters at an additional Mana cost. Note that the arcing lightning causes damage based on Improved Shadow Lightning, not the Shadow Lightning skill. This skill is essential to Shadow Mage builds as it increases the damage potential of Shadow Lightning.
