Journal: Slay Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Soul in Rattle Tooth's Revenge, off of The Whisker's Library - Propaganda Section, slay 8 Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Blademasters and 6 Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Blaster, then return to the Townston Commander.

So, you say that in slaying the ghost you unleashed a twisted version of Rattle Tooth? Clearly Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Soul has been created by Ratsputin's unnatural powers. Rattle Tooth used to be so...weak and easy to kill. Now he is a complete jerkface! There must be some way to unleash the hold that Ratsputin has on Rattle Tooth's soul and hopefully in doing this we will be able to weaken Ratsputin's hold on the dungeon.

Do you think that you are ready to face this abomination now that you know what to expect? You are going to have to make your way back into Rattle Tooth's Revenge by way of The Whisker's Library - Propaganda Section of off Level 1 of Ratsputin's Gulag. Once there I want you to slay Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Soul, 8 of Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Blademasters, and 6 of Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Blasters. Defeat these foes and return to me, the Townston Commander, when you have done so.

I see you have returned unscathed. Or perhaps you are fresh from the graveyard. Either way I read your blog about how you defeated Rattle Tooth's Vengeful Soul, so I know that you have fulfilled your quest. Well done. I need you to tell me exactly what happened so I can convene with the Townston Alchemical Association in hopes of finding a way to reverse Ratsputin's hold. While we meet perhaps you would like to try again? You know, to kill some time.
