Mutant Melee Whomper

The Melee Whomper looks very similar to the Mutant Ranged Spitter but has an entirely different attack. Whompers are created to bash! Armed with a huge pneumatic hammer they stand still and just pound. A group of them will try to surround you, and then use their back hammer with devastating effect. They are sometimes found in company with types of ranged fades to make up a difficult group to fight.

Tip: Because they close in for their attack they are vulnerable to AoE spells.
