Causes enemy to have Fear for X seconds and increases attack rating by 300%.

Fear Shot is a Curse skill that causes Fear for X seconds and increases attack rate for 25% within that time. It is commonly used in pvp, because Fear lets the enemy walk to a random direction without being controlled by that player. Within that time there can be made huge amounts of damage. When cast on enemy player, that player will show up yellow.

There is a 5% chance for the Fear effect to be broken if the target takes damage.

Cool Down: 7 seconds

A ranged attack that causes Fear in your target for X seconds. The attack has an added benefit of 300% to your Attack rating.
