This is the first in a series. For each you go to the sub-level, kill the boss to get the Polluter's ring, and then find the body. Each quest sends you to the next sub level down to find a different missing Polluter. (Personally I laughed when told to find Wii and the powerful Yellow snow.) Finally the Commander asks you to go into the Snow Chief's Lair and Kill Algor himself.
