Captain Pollution

From Townstons

Quest Type: Collect

Quest Description: Head into Arborgeddon, find Stealer and collect his Ring.

Quest Reward: 3750 Gold + 1 Kings Coins

Repeatable: No

This is the first in a series. For each you go to the sub-level, kill the boss to get the Polluter's ring, and then find the body. Each quest sends you to the next sub level down to find a different missing Polluter. (Personally I laughed when told to find Wii and the powerful Yellow snow.) Finally the Commander asks you to go into the Snow Chief's Lair and Kill Algor himself.

In-game text

Journal text, offer, and turn-in as they appeared in game.

Journal: Head into Arborgeddon, Find Stealer, and Collect his Ring then Return to the Townston Commander.

Offer:

Does the name Captain Pollution mean anything to you? A couple years back he was a huge hit with the kids and his message was simple: The Pollution is in you! I know, it seems kind of whacky, but sensibilities those days were way different than they are now. We used to believe that littering kept the demons away and burning trash was seen as an offering to the OMGs.

Anyway, Captain Pollution has been in retirement for sometime now but his name has recently resurfaced in numerous intel reports. We have sources that say Algor is looking to bring Captain Pollution over to his side. Do you have any idea what this means for Algor's Terror-Dome? The pollution level in there is nothing compared to what Captain Pollution can do!

The good news is that in order for Algor to get Captain Pollution to do his bidding he has to collect the five rings that represent Captain Pollutions five elemental powers: Garbage, Burning Tires, Exhaust, Yellow Snow, and Hate. These rings are in the possession of the Polluteers: Stealer, Wi, Jordi, Na-Ti, and Stinka. Algor already has some of his cronies out looking for the Polluteers so I need you to get into Algor's Terror-Dome and check out the branches off of the core dungeon.

You should look for Stealer in Arborgeddon. Stealer's elemental power is Burning Tires so there is little doubt that Algor will want his ring. When you have the ring return to Townston and bring it directly to me, the Townston Commander.

Turn-in:

You found the ring? What about Stealer? Uh, that is unfortunate... He was a good kid, although he always smelled like asphalt. No one could get a tire fire going better then that little firecracker.

Objectives:

Find Stealer
Stealer's Ring ×1

Level range: 15–25
