Balzack's Base Camp

Balzack's Base Camp can be accessed through a portal from The Shadow's Embrace Level 5 or a one way portal from Shadow's Pinnacle. A portal leads out to Balzack's Burrow Level 1. There is also an Obelisk which will allow you to return once you use it.
