Journal: Collect receipts from the creatures in Algernon and return to the Townston Lieutenant in Townston.

Offer:

Hey there! You don't look busy - rather you look like you are ready for some long collection task. Good, because I have just the task in mind. As you are soon to find out, the Whiskers in Algernon look to be refining Fizz Rock into some kind of energy drink. We wouldn't normally care but then they started making money, lots of money and Townston is seeing none of it. So the King's Board of Trustees amended the Townston Charter making the new Whisker Fizz Water illegal - something they called Dissallowance.

Well it looks like the Whiskers just drove their operation underground and all the creatures are still getting their Fizz Water. Worse yet, we still aren't getting our cut. We really need your help and no, you can't say no. We need to get an idea of how much gold the Whiskers are pulling in and sort out our cut - no more of this Fizz Water tax evasion.

I want you to head into Algernon and find some receipts from the creatures down there. This should show how much the Whiskers are selling their Fizz Water for.

When you have collected the receipts, collate and staple them together (in the upper left corner at a 45 degree angle) and bring them to the Townston Lieutenant.

Turn-in:

They're charging how much?! That is so much cheaper than Townston's brand, Red Karl! I should find how where they are getting their Fizz Water from! And then shut them down, that's what I meant.
