Offer:
Next is getting Sissirat's Soul crystal so prepare for smackdown! Sorry, I got a little excited. Good job on getting Rattle Tooth's Soul and we are now one step closer to unlocking Ratsputin's control over these infamous Whiskers. Enough of the pats on the back though, it is time to get back to work.
Run to Sissirat's Revenge located in The Whisker's Library - Edict Section off of Level 4 of Ratsputin's Gulag. Once you are there destroy Sissirat's Ghost and then Sissirat's Vengeful Soul. Once destroyed Sissirat's Vengeful Soul should drop Sissirat's Soul in a Baubel. Collect Sissirat's Soul in a Baubel then return to me, the Townston Commander, here in Townston.

You have the soul? Alright, perhaps you are ready for the next quest. I bet you will never guess what it is!
