Acidic Blight is a Curse skill that lowers Defense Rate for a certain amount of enemies within 4.5 meters lasting a certain amount of seconds. It is commonly used for boss farming, because of higher damage when the defense is lower. When cast you will see a circle of dust spreading out over a circle of 4.5 meters.
Cool Down: 45 Seconds
Lowers the Defense rate for X% on Y amount of enemies within 4.5 meters for 30 seconds when activated
