Towns/Outposts
From Townstons
There are many towns and outposts in Dungeon Runners, these areas are places where you can meet other players - they are not instanced areas like dungeons are. They have obelisks that can warp you to any other obelisk you have used before. Note that towns and outposts are completely safe, with no monsters to harm you.
Towns
Towns are areas where players spawn upon log in. When you create a character you will spawn in Dew Valley, but once you arrive in Townston, you will spawn in Townston. You can Shop for items, and receive quests from NPCs in town. In Townston you can learn various skills from NPCs. Pwnston is the locale for PvP encounters.
Outposts
Outposts are areas that you encounter between dungeons, you can find the entrance to an outpost by going to level 5 of the previous dungeon or by taking a one way portal from the lair of a boss. Outposts are always linked to level 5 of the previous dungeon and level 1 of the current dungeon. Some outposts have NPCs, often offering quests for that dungeon.
